The Wise Adult Day Health Services is a center for adults experiencing health care related issues or whose ability to function independently is limited. Wise is designed to provide medical care and daily social, recreational and preventive health activities to aging and disabled individuals. An R.N. oversees all health-related activities, including restorative and maintenance therapies, nutritional consulting, and participant/caregiver training in preventive health. A nutritious lunch is served daily along with two snacks.
